That is the question !
Experts for a long time have said that pop-ups are a distraction and sometimes a pain in the butt !
I am not so sure about that .
I have used pop-ups before and I have noticed that people really do click on them , but sometimes the percentage is low !
What are your thoughts , please post replies ...
